HVAC Lead Technician
Position Summary: Responsible for pleasing our customers by performing maintenance, service, and installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Work start and end time: 8A - 5P Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)
Employment Type: Full Time
Pay Scale: $20 - $35 per hour
Qualifications needed for this position:
- Valid Idaho driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Minimum 4 years in HVAC field
- Valid EPA certification
- Journeyman license preferred
- Certified NATE preferred
- Passionate about great customer service
- Driven to deliver high quality work
- Willing to train apprentices
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be dependable, reliable, and fun
